Aspen Acres Market Garden has been in operation since 2016. We, Lucie and Tim Heins, grow chemical-free produce, using a bio-intensive growing method. We seek to preserve and improve the quality of our soil, which in turn produces high quality vegetables. We do our part to provide you with fresh nutritional produce that only travels a short distance, reducing our environmental footprint.
